Micro and Nano-machining Processes, Conventional & Non-conventional Manufacturing Processes, Laser Machining/welding and Surface Modification, Quality Optimization, Metal Characterization, Cryogenics, Modeling and Simulation of Production Processes. 

Research Experience:

Dr. Rahul received him Ph.D. in the area of Production and Manufacturing Engineering, National Institute of Technology Rourkela, India in 2017, and had been working in KIIT University as an assistant professor before joining Jilin University China as a post-doctoral research associate. He research interests include Advanced Machining, Micro-Machining, Welding Technology, Quality Optimization, Metal Characterization, Mechanical properties of materials, Surface modification of materials. Cryogenics, Modelling and simulation of production processes. In the intervening period of time, he have published 10 SCI and 15 Scopus Indexed Journals. Now he has been completed him postdoctoral work and joined KIIT University as a Assistant Professor. He has 3 year research and teaching experience.
