Research Experience:

Dr.A.Kaviyarasu received his Doctorate from Anna University, Chennai. He finished his Masters (Avionics) from Anna University, Chennai. He Completed his Bachelor Degree (ECE) from A.V.C College of Engineering, Mayiladuthurai.  Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering, MIT campus, Anna University, Chennai. His Area of interest are UAV modeling & simulation, Satellite communication and Avionics Systems. He is the technical adviser of team “DHAKSHA” (A Small unmanned aerial vehicle developed by his team which is deployed for various civil and military applications) and has involved in various development activities of state government. He was honored by various state government awards. He also awarded by former Indian President Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam for his innovative ideas, skills and his contribution to science and technology. In addition to that, he was awarded as “Excellence in Innovation” by former Vice Chancellor of Anna University for his contribution in the field of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. He published more than 30 papers in reputed International Journals and 40 papers in National and International Conferences. His hobbies are radio hombrewing and photography. Currently he is promoting application of science to all school and college students.
